MMXVII - Mother of Exiles

When we first took JD to school in Detroit, he was surrounded by kids from all walks of life, all places on earth, all religious backgrounds. It was a beautiful sight and it made me wonder how presidents and protectionists can’t see it for what it can be - beloved community.
